Home to creative thinkers and doers.
It’s true—creativity reigns at Justice, in every department. It’s at the heart of our business. But probably nowhere is it more true than within these teams.
Our merchants decide what the specific needs are for the season, choose what designs will be made into samples, and work with technical operations to make sure fits are correct. Then they narrow down the line, extend what works, assign price points to each garment, decide quantities, and negotiate with vendors. They also ensure that the product makes it to the stores on time and that it’s presented appropriately in store, in the catazine, and online.
Once the season’s trends are determined, our designers step in to create exciting outfits that are on trend and age appropriate for our tween girl.
These associates create, evolve, and preserve the look, tone, and feel of our brand through marketing. That includes copy and photography for e-commerce, emails, mobile, in-store signage, the catazine, direct mail, and internal marketing.
Our trend team constantly scours the globe looking for what’s next. After much research and travel, they decide the Justice trends for the upcoming season, then kick off the entire creative process, working very closely with the design and merchandising teams.
These experts are responsible for creating a compelling environment for tweens and their moms to shop. They design and implement store plans to support business initiatives, and they work closely with the creative marketing group on signage.
These associates are experts in product development, working closely with the design department to ensure two things: that our girl is wearing fashions that fit and make her feel confident, and that the clothes meet mom’s high expectations.
