Operations associates are in charge of running our website. They’re constantly thinking about how we can evolve our web platform, asking themselves if we should add features, and then determining the business case behind new features. They’re always trying to improve our customers’ online shopping experience.
This team is in charge of creating a web experience that’s as engaging and easy to use as possible. From a design perspective, they create web pages, display ads, and emails that really resonate with our tween girl and her mom—not only visually, but verbally. They also think about how our consumers search for clothes online and want to access Justice wherever they are—including via smartphone.
Associates on this team are tasked with driving traffic not only to our website, but also to our stores. They work diligently to better understand our consumers to determine what resonates with them. In doing so, the team delivers the right content at the right time to the right customers.
